Where prices are shown, they are indicative unless stated otherwise. Advertising spend, platform subscriptions (for example Shopify), paid third-party tools, and work outside the agreed scope are charged separately unless a written agreement says otherwise. Terms and conditions in proposals and invoices apply to paid work.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials remain owned by SBLMNL or their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Client work product is handled under the relevant project agreement.
